How the Analysis Works

The SPOM presents a number of different points-of-view of your organization, allowing you to isolate excess positions within the chain-of-command by department, type of department, Senior Manager in charge, or any other scheme important to your organization. This helps you to think about, formulate, and test your re-organization plans.
